ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last Updated: July 8, 2026

CenterPoint Automotive Technology LLC (“CenterPoint,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a positive and accessible experience for individuals who visit the CenterPoint AutoTech website, access our online content, or use our software and related digital services.

This Accessibility Statement describes our ongoing efforts to support digital accessibility and provides information about how users may contact us if they experience an accessibility barrier.

  1. OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY

CenterPoint is committed to improving access to its digital services for people with disabilities.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process involving design, development, content, technology, testing, maintenance, and user feedback.

Our goal is to make the CenterPoint AutoTech website and supported digital services reasonably accessible and usable for the broadest practical range of users.

  1. SCOPE OF THIS STATEMENT

This Accessibility Statement applies to CenterPoint-controlled digital experiences, which may include:

a. the CenterPoint AutoTech public website;

b. CenterPoint-controlled web pages;

c. online account access areas;

d. supported portions of the CenterPoint AutoTech software platform;

e. digital forms;

f. online legal and policy pages;

g. downloadable documents created and published by CenterPoint; and

h. other CenterPoint-controlled digital content.

Certain third-party websites, platforms, embedded services, payment systems, authentication systems, external documents, OEM resources, or linked content may be outside CenterPoint’s direct control.

  1. ACCESSIBILITY GOALS

CenterPoint seeks to improve digital accessibility with reference to generally recognized accessibility principles and, where reasonably applicable, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”).

Our accessibility efforts may include working toward practices such as:

a. providing meaningful page titles and headings;

b. maintaining logical content structure;

c. supporting keyboard navigation where reasonably possible;

d. providing text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate;

e. supporting readable text and sufficient visual clarity;

f. avoiding unnecessary barriers caused by color alone;

g. supporting understandable links and controls;

h. improving form labels and instructions;

i. supporting scalable or zoomable content where reasonably possible;

j. improving compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies; and

k. reviewing identified accessibility barriers.

Reference to WCAG reflects an accessibility goal and framework for improvement. It does not constitute a representation that every page, feature, document, integration, or component currently conforms to every WCAG success criterion.

  1. ONGOING ACCESSIBILITY EFFORTS

CenterPoint views accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

Our efforts may include:

a. reviewing website structure and navigation;

b. evaluating text readability;

c. improving headings and content organization;

d. reviewing images and alternative text;

e. reviewing link descriptions;

f. improving form usability;

g. reviewing keyboard access;

h. evaluating color and contrast issues;

i. reviewing mobile responsiveness;

j. considering accessibility when adding or modifying content; and

k. responding to accessibility feedback.

As the website and Software evolve, accessibility improvements may be implemented over time.

  1. WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY

CenterPoint seeks to maintain a public website that is reasonably usable across commonly supported devices, browsers, and screen sizes.

Website accessibility efforts may include:

a. clear navigation;

b. consistent page organization;

c. readable typography;

d. responsive page layouts;

e. descriptive headings;

f. meaningful link text;

g. appropriate image descriptions where applicable;

h. keyboard-accessible functionality where reasonably supported; and

i. reduced reliance on visual presentation alone to communicate important information.

Website performance may vary depending on browser type, browser version, device, operating system, user settings, assistive technology, and third-party components.

  1. SOFTWARE PLATFORM ACCESSIBILITY

The CenterPoint AutoTech software platform is a professional business application that may include specialized workflows involving:

a. vehicle information;

b. uploaded scan files;

c. diagnostic information;

d. repair-planning documentation;

e. quote operations;

f. report generation;

g. account administration;

h. Technician User access;

i. Report History;

j. OEM information resources; and

k. other automotive service workflows.

CenterPoint seeks to consider accessibility as the Software is maintained and developed.

Because professional software workflows may involve complex data tables, uploaded third-party documents, generated reports, interactive controls, external files, and specialized automotive information, accessibility may vary by feature and content type.

  1. KEYBOARD ACCESS

CenterPoint seeks to support keyboard access to important website and digital functions where reasonably possible.

Keyboard behavior may depend on:

a. the user’s browser;

b. operating system;

c. assistive technology;

d. third-party platform components;

e. embedded services; and

f. the specific Software feature being used.

Users who encounter a keyboard navigation barrier are encouraged to contact CenterPoint.

  1. SCREEN READERS AND ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGIES

CenterPoint seeks to improve compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies where reasonably possible.

Actual compatibility may vary depending on:

a. screen reader software;

b. screen reader version;

c. browser;

d. operating system;

e. device;

f. user configuration;

g. third-party components; and

h. the structure of uploaded or externally sourced content.

CenterPoint welcomes reports concerning specific compatibility issues.

  1. TEXT SIZE AND ZOOM

Many modern browsers and devices allow users to enlarge text or zoom page content.

Users may be able to adjust:

a. browser zoom;

b. operating system text size;

c. display scaling;

d. screen magnification; and

e. other accessibility settings.

CenterPoint seeks to support reasonable enlargement of content where practical, although layout behavior may vary by page, device, browser, or third-party component.

  1. COLOR AND VISUAL PRESENTATION

CenterPoint seeks to avoid using color as the sole method of communicating important information where reasonably practical.

We may also consider:

a. text clarity;

b. contrast;

c. visible labels;

d. warning indicators;

e. status descriptions; and

f. other methods of supporting understandable presentation.

Certain reports, diagnostic information, warning indicators, third-party content, or specialized workflow displays may use color as one part of a broader presentation.

  1. IMAGES AND ALTERNATIVE TEXT

CenterPoint seeks to provide meaningful text alternatives for important images where appropriate.

Alternative text practices may vary depending on whether an image is:

a. informational;

b. functional;

c. decorative;

d. part of a report;

e. uploaded by a user;

f. supplied by a third party; or

g. embedded from an external source.

Decorative images may not require descriptive alternative text.

  1. FORMS AND INPUT FIELDS

CenterPoint seeks to make forms and input fields understandable and usable where reasonably possible.

Accessibility efforts may include:

a. meaningful field labels;

b. clear instructions;

c. understandable buttons;

d. identification of required information;

e. useful error messaging; and

f. logical form organization.

Some forms or controls may be provided through third-party technologies outside CenterPoint’s direct control.

  1. DOWNLOADABLE DOCUMENTS AND PDF FILES

The Services may include downloadable documents, generated reports, Quick Start Guides, PDFs, scan reports, or other files.

Accessibility of these documents may vary depending on:

a. document format;

b. document age;

c. source system;

d. whether the document was created by CenterPoint;

e. whether the document was uploaded by a user;

f. whether the document was generated by a third-party diagnostic tool; and

g. technical limitations of the file.

If a user has difficulty accessing a CenterPoint-created document, the user may contact CenterPoint to request reasonable assistance or an alternative format where reasonably available.

  1. USER-UPLOADED CONTENT

The CenterPoint AutoTech Software may allow Subscribers or Authorized Users to upload:

a. scan reports;

b. PDFs;

c. vehicle information;

d. repair information;

e. customer information;

f. diagnostic files; and

g. other documents or data.

CenterPoint may not control the accessibility of user-uploaded content.

Accessibility limitations contained in an original uploaded file may remain present when that file is viewed, processed, referenced, or stored through the Software.

  1. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES

The CenterPoint website or Software may link to, integrate with, embed, or rely upon third-party services or content.

Examples may include:

a. website platform services;

b. hosting providers;

c. authentication providers;

Users experiencing an issue with a third-party service may also need to contact the applicable third-party provider.

  1. OEM AND EXTERNAL INFORMATION SOURCES

The Software may provide links, references, navigation assistance, or access pathways relating to OEM or other external information sources.

CenterPoint does not control the accessibility of independent OEM portals, OEM documents, position statements, external repair information systems, or third-party publications.

Accessibility concerns involving those external resources may be governed by the applicable provider’s own accessibility practices.

  1. MOBILE DEVICES

CenterPoint seeks to support reasonable access through commonly used mobile devices where the applicable website or Software feature is designed for mobile use.

Mobile accessibility may vary depending on:

a. device type;

b. screen size;

c. operating system;

d. browser;

e. accessibility settings;

h. third-party components.

  1. KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Despite ongoing efforts, some content or functionality may not yet be fully accessible.

Potential limitations may include:

a. older documents;

b. complex PDFs;

d. user-uploaded files;

e. diagnostic scan reports;

f. complex tables;

g. specialized automotive data;

h. interactive Software components;

i. embedded services; and

j. newly introduced features undergoing improvement.

CenterPoint may prioritize identified barriers based on severity, user impact, technical feasibility, available resources, and the degree of control CenterPoint has over the affected content or technology.

a. navigation barriers;

b. keyboard access issues;

c. screen reader compatibility concerns;

d. missing image descriptions;
